TRUITY Spiritual Mentoring

This manuscript is dedicated to all that have the courage to be honest and to have the faith and confidence to believe they can achieve what others would tell you and believe is impossible. I am not sure when I actually decided to begin this journey. It was probably the day I took my first breath being held in my mother’s arms. I do know that life had to remind me that I had something specific to do this life however I always seemed to be an oddity, I always believed that a person can do anything they set out to do. I just never realized how different my thinking actually was, until I took up the challenge and set out to build and empire with anything other than determination and courage.

I have always walked to the beat of a different drum, lead by a sense of spiritual insight which does not accept the limits man would have us believe are real. “To far out there,” many have said, I seem to challenge people just by breathing sometimes; I continually push the boundaries and defy the odds, keeping on where others have long ago given up. I have had to stand in the fire, never letting go of what I believe no matter what has been thrown at me, I have faced the inner demons, the doubts the fears and the end result is I have become all and more that I could ever be.

Many years ago I was naive enough to think that if I were honest in every decision if I had courage and learned the practical skills, them my life would become easier and people would respect me for whom and what I am. Since then I have discovered many things about life, not all to my liking but one thing I have discovered as absolute truth and that is that our lives are simply the result of choices we have taken.

Self- Truth is something that we all know and yet for the most part few have the confidence or diplomacy to embrace and follow. Truth can however be identified, this happens when we read something and get that eerie feeling “that we have read these words before,” It’s often accompanied by a spooky, uncanny sense of familiarity and de-ja-voux. “Our Truth,” is something we all have the ability to recognize, it is there in a sunset, in the words of a song, in the eyes of our beloved or in the silent reflection of the midnight hours when we lay awake alone in the darkness of the night. When it is absent, we feel the lack of it when someone is lying to us, often we know something is not right, we may not know what is exactly going on, but deep inside we know.

Truth brings with it a resonance that tells our nervous system that everything is alright a lack of truth, brings the jangling of a million cells to our attention yelling at our inner knowing, “listen to me, something is wrong.” What has truth to do with Choices? Well if we find the path to touch our inner truth, the choices are always appropriate to take us to the highest learning. I believe it is our innate nature for our essence to want us to achieve our desires, experience our potential and live a life, which is full of adventure, grace, and abundance. All we have been all that we have the potential to be exists within our DNA our genetics hold the keys immortally entrenched upon our subconscious memory, waiting to be rediscovered in this journey we call life.

Everywhere people are searching: searching for a sense of belonging, I call these people the “Wanabelong People.” We all want the feeling of being at home and at peace in our own skins. People who are searching become involved in things like spirituality, new age, religion, cults, and metaphysics. I could go on and on with a list of practices, little do they realize the answer lies within getting it right inside, as when truth resides without doubt, then things magically fall into place and we become our living potential.

I believe I have finally worked out why we experience what we do in our lives; I have found by experience that our healing comes not by chance but by choice. However if you want to find out the secret I have learnt you have to keep reading.

If you are on the path to your truth, you will probably find when you read this manuscript, it will be so familiar to you that you will know the truth contained within the pages, and you may find yourself saying “Yes I know that.” If you do feel this way then it is good, I have done my job but what I would love to hear you say at the end, is “Its all so simple, why didn’t I realize it before.” So many people today spend their lives searching for enlightenment, spending lots of money trying new techniques and learning ways to control their nature, when in fact it is the simple day to day interactions which hold they keys to experiencing all you could ever want. You see the keys to a successful life are so simple most overlooks them. This is the key point of my life, open – there for anyone to read.

For me my journey has bought me to my lives work (yes lives – many, many lives) For me my choices early in my life brought me to suffering, and it is from that suffering I have taken the knowledge gained by that experience and has developed it to become my work, my career and my life. It is the empathy I carry which helps me help you.  I do hope you enjoy TRUITY choices, please read it with an open mind, and next time you are faced with an awkward situation I trust you will realize you my friend have a choice.
