Over the years I have taught meditation classes to a wide range of people from beginners to advanced learners who want to learn specific techniques for specific outcomes.  You see we use different meditations or techniques for different outcomes.  It is important to understand why you do a process as many people don’t truly understand the deeper implications of relaxation techniques and their spin offs.  Disclaimer:

People who have been long term drug users or have had mental instability are recommended to consult their physician before using any of the techniques used on this website.  We do not recomend anyone using these techniques alter prescribed medications or stop medications.  These SKILLS PAGES will be set up as multi level access pages.  What do I mean by that? Well I give you some basic information on this page, then you can click the links on the page to go to the next level of knowledge, each page will be able to be viewed separately from the others.  This allows and supports the learner to find the information they want without wading through tons of information irrelevant to them.  You will find some pages are double linked, for example a topic on developing your sixth sense might also be linked to basic meditation and meditation for sensory development.  For example, if you use what is called “a guided meditation,” one which takes you on a journey to the sea counting shells etc, what that essentially does is it develops your sensory perception, it will not provoke a healing response in a person, as a healing response on a physiological level only happens in the space between thoughts, that space where you feel totally still and your mind is quiet without thought. It is in this space the body has the ability to rebalance and regulate hormone production stemming from the hypothalamus flowing through the body’s endocrine system creating a healing response. For this first class we will look at simple relaxation meditation and how to use these techniques to benefit your well being and enhance your life.  The second class we will look at using “Guided Relaxation.   I will provide you with some simple guided meditations which will have specific outcomes established. Some of the guided meditations will include subjects such as, “making peace with the past.”  Forgiveness.” “Letting go of anger,” and much more, you will find some of the preliminary pages change as the subject matter for the course expands. Should you have any questions please email me.  Each class will have simple check sheets attached to them to allow the user to check their progress.  Remember Rome was not built in a day, some people find it very easy to use relaxation techniques while others who have very active chatter minds find it more difficult.  We will include in the techniques one to help "still the mind," to slow down all that confused chatter that goes on in your head space, so that you can again feel the clarity of your higher self and your life path.
