Hello, my name is Lesley Williams and I am a Spiritual Mentor, Therapist and Life Coach.  My business is different to other coaching services as

I use all my skills to enable my clients to release negative life patterns in order to move forward successfully in life.

I am guilty of having an incredible passion for all things creative and beautiful, I love bringing balance to people’s lives and seeing their lives change and heal. My source of inspiration is this beautiful world we live in, and my children.  I have been spiritually aligned since childhood, and have extremely sensitive intuitive abilities that encompass a wide range of metaphysical talents. I became very interested in altered states of consciousness, metaphysics, and quantum physics many years ago due to the unusual nature of my own experiences. Life is about growing, experiencing and extending our skills to explore new worlds of colorful people and places.  I tend to see through the illusions that catch most people, and have a habit of being able to get straight to the core of matters in moments. I believe that all things are possible and most things are probable.  In my own private time I love to paint in oil paints, take photographs of beautiful things and nature, write books, listen to jazz music and on occasion enjoy a good bottle of red wine.  I am dyslexic, and I suppose that is why my brain utilizes aspects not common in other people’s lives, giving me enhanced skills.   I live in Australia, on a small island off the coast of Brisbane, a magnificent place, where the beaches are pristine, the water turquoise and people few.  Dolphins and whales are common sight from the home where I live, and every day I take time to swim and sit to soak up the incredible peace.  I suppose you could say I have made a unusual life out of doing what I love, and that says it all.

What is TRUITY?  Truity is a concept, a way of thinking that brings your life actions back in touch with your truth, your values, your True North.  

What does TRUITY do?  The process uses both left and right hemispheres of your brain, in order to assist you to find new ways to deal constructively with old issues.  It creates new neural pathways, or, in simple terms it moves you past the old blocked ways of thinking empowering you to step out of emotional reactions into proactive behaviour.

How do I know TRUITY products can help me?  The reason TRUITY is so powerful is that it can be applied to any circumstance or situation in your life; The process does not give you the answers, what it does is it facilitates you to think “in a certain way,” about your situation.  When you apply the concept to your situation you use your own experience to find the solution, the TRUITY process just sort of acts like a conduit, a go between that guides your thinking to the information stored in your brain.  

Is TRUITY a religious or spiritual program?  No, although TRUITY encapsulates the values of all races and religions all over the world, it is not a part of any doctrine or belief system.  No matter who uses the concept it will enhance their ability to think constructively about their problems.  

Well what is TRUITY based upon?  TRUITY is based upon the principles and values of life, truth, respect, compassion, tolerance, justice, honesty, integrity and honour.  It is “A Way of Life.”
